Alongside the payroll system, Hastee Pay also allowed their staff to check in and check out of their shift, integrating seamlessly with their current time and attendance system ensuring staff were incentivised to be on time.
As Hastee pay is cash-flow neutral for the employer, Brightsparks saw an increase in their time and attendance records, all at no cost. Adoption rate is currently at 30% of invited workers, which has resulted in a major impact on worker satisfaction, with an average monthly cash out of £50 per person.
